Our base resin is Nature Works 4043D manufactured in North America and derived from corn and industrially biodegradable. The filament is 1.75mm in diameter and is sold on 1kg sturdy dust, free chip board spools.

We chose to tackle some of the greatest flaws we found in the business after 6 years of working with 3D printing. These problems included needless plastic waste from plastic spools, low quality filaments on the market, and the carbon footprint of shipping thousands of kilograms of filament from China to Canada. Our solution to these issues was to become Alberta's first 3D printing filament manufacturer, as well as the first to offer cardboard spools to support industry sustainability.
