There's not much to say about filament unless it doesn't work, and I have absolutely no complaints about this filament. It showed up quickly and was easy to work with. The absolute best part? It's a gloriously perfect red color. I've actually had a heck of a time finding a nice *red.* Flashforge makes a ruby red that's a go-to for me for a darker red, but finding just plain *red* that I like has been tough - I get things that look like various shades of orange, or they're silks or multicolor on offer (which also look nice, mind you, just not what I'm looking for.) The very solid, very nice red is exactly what I was looking for - so I'll be buying it in the future.

Also, no worries about customer service - I haven't had to contact them for after sale support, but the contact I *have* had with them has been pleasant through and through. Absolutely a business worth supporting, and one I'll be happy to in the future!
